H115i RGB Platinum not recognized.

I first plugged the USB into a commander pro, along with the two fans and their leds. iCue was not finding the H115i Platinum. USBDeview and Device Manager didn't see it either. I moved the USB to another header on the motherboard instead of the commander pro and there was no change. I then used an external USB cable and plugged it into the back of the motherboard and this has finally worked.

Is there any fix for this?

It took a while, but I finally received my new cable and just installed it. No fix. It's behaving the exact same. So I'm back to square one. Is there compatibility issues with certain mobo's?

Not that I'm aware of. And the fact that it appears when you plug into an external USB port indicates that it's not the pump. There have been some issues, historically, with the Commander Pro's USB hub and some AMD-based motherboards but they should be resolved.

Some other things to suggest - Enable XHCI handoff and disable Fast Start (in the BIOS) as well as disable Windows Fast Startup (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup).
