MSI NEO2 Platinum TwinX1024-3200C2 settings

I just got this mobo and memory to go with a Athlon 3500+. I am not sure that the memory is setup correctly. The system seems like it should be faster. I think the memory might have something to do with it. I have not reset the default memory settings on the MSI NEO2 Platinum yet.

What would be the fastest/safest settings for this memory on this NEO2? I am using this computer for digital audio recording with a firewire device.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Conley

Please try and load setup defaults and then set these settings manually.

Dim Voltage to +2.7 Volts:

CAS Latency CL=2.5

Row Cycle Time tRC Bios Default

Row Refresh Cyc Time tRFC Bios Default

Ras# to CAS# delay tRCD 3

Row to Row delay Bios Default

Min Ras# Active Time tRAS 6

Row Precharge Time tRP 3

Write Recovery Time Bios Default

Write to Read delay Bios Default

Read to Write Delay Bios Default

Refresh Period tREF Bios Default

Enable 2T Timing Disabled

Then test the system with http://www.memtest.org and make sure it's stable! If you have problems, I would set Enable 2T Timings to AUTO and test it again!

How long am I supposed to let memtest run? It has already passed 2 successful tests.
