Filroby
Hi I bought this product in 2016 january I make this thread to know what is the best solution : > to try to lubricate the axis (with what ?) > to buy this fan to replace it, it is Yate Loon D12SM-12 , and I found no equivalence considering his high air flow rate... Is it possible to get it by Corsair ?
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted November 28, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 28, 2018 Hi Filroby, In this instance, we'd recommend putting in a ticket wht support so they can help you as as that model should have a 3 year warranty, so you should still be within that period. http://support.corsair.com
Filroby
OK I know, but I opened the box so it breaks the warranty, no ? I made that because I cannot afford to stay with no PC. I am conscious of the risks of electric shock. There was also a hope that the operation of unmounting the fan could solve this problem by itself. Though I consider that Corsair could do something, It's not very expensive to send this fan.
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted November 30, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 30, 2018 Sorry, we don't have a service for just the fan itself, it would need to be the full PSU.
Filroby
OK, so I consider you don't want to provide material needed to allow people to keep your products running, products that fail after less than 2 years.
