At the moment there is limited selection on the CUSTOM tab of the lighting effects on iCue.

 

Say, for example's sake, that I want to make a wave based RGB effect that is also based on temperature. A simple idea being, if temp is <50 a heart beat is played on green, if >50 and <60 then it's on yellow and lastly >60 it's on red. Is it possible to do that?

With the selection of custom lighting options we can I don't think you'll be able to achieve what you want at this time.

You are limited to the simple 3 color gradients for temperature based reporting. There aren't any complex effects tied into temp settings. Dynamic responsive effects tend to eat a lot of CPU power and cutting that down has been a common request.
