Monoxidish
Hey, so I just went out and got a new Corsair Void Pro RGB headset. When I got home, I read the manual, and it stated that I can use the icue software to control certain settings on my headset. So, I downloaded it. After downloading, I realized that it was not detecting my headset. Can anyone help me connect my headset to it. Thanks.
LeSnakk
The headset comes with a stick/dongle. Did you plug it in and does Windows recognize it? There should be a light as well, does it illuminate?
ZGundam64
I am having the same issue. The dongle only lights up when the headset is on. Been charging the headset for over 2 hours now. In iCUE, it is always saying 'Status.Battery' not connected, the the solid amber light is on, which says it is charging.
