iCUE not allowing fan control on commander pro

I recently setup a Corsair H150i and commander pro in iCUE. The H150i control works perfectly fine, at first so did the commander pro fan control. I have 2 ML 140 RGB fans plugged into fan ports 1 and 2, with 3 ML 120 PRO fans plugged into ports 3,4,5 and a Phanteks case fan plugged into port 6. The RGB lighting on the ML 140 RGB fans connected to the commander pro work fine. The fan speed on all of the fans, is stuck at what I assume is quiet, everything stays around 900-1000 rpms. So far I've updated the firmware on the commander pro to the latest version, as seen in another thread as a fix, which worked for a day, but now it's back to being stuck. I've used numerous methods from other threads, like setting fan curves, using the three defined presets, etc to get it unstuck, but no luck. Since, I've only had this commander pro for a week, I'm looking for some help. I've attached the system and debug log information, please let me know what else is needed to diagnose the issue. Thanks.

Update. (iCUE v3.9.93)

To remove any variance of non-corsair fans in the issue, I've removed the Phanteks. So now, I'm in series port 1/2 == ML140 and 3/4/5 == ML120 PRO(non-rgb). I've noticed that sometimes, creating a new profile from scratch will work to some degree, meaning I can get for example a fan curve to apply, which seems to work on the ML140's, but on the ML120's I haven't seen them go past 1200rpm since the initial install. This is even setting fixed 100% it does absolutely nothing for the ML120 PRO's. I've tried switching the usb on the commander pro to no avail, reinstalling software, etc.. Open to try anything, please take a look at my debug logs and let me know. Thank you.

Sure, I'm actually reorganizing my case, please ignore the exhaust fan at 0 rpm, I wanted to get this screenshot uploaded and I forgot to remove the fan extension from port 6 on the cpro.

Cpro performance (As far as sensors, I've tried every one except one of the temp probes, which I will try in a few minutes, but it doesn't change regardless of the sensor chosen.)

Update. So while I haven't been able to get any settings to save upon reboot, I have made a little progress. If I use the exact sequence of creating a new profile, setting the cpro performance tab first and then setting up the h150 performance tab, I'm able to change the fan setting, using the cpro temp probe, as the sensor. Previously, I had always been setting up the h150 first, which left me completely unable to control the cpro. I've uploaded an image of the perf tab on the cpro when done in this sequence. The only thing that has changed physically, is the addition of a temp sensor to the cpro in the case. Please let me know what you think the issue could be. Thanks

If anyone needs anymore debug logs from me, please let me know. In summary, every reboot I have to create a new profile and setup the cpro first then the H150i and it will work one time. For example, let's say I chose "extreme" but now I want balance, the fan speeds will not change, regardless of curve, sensor or any combination of profiles and sensors. The second issue, which is the most annoying, is every time I reboot even after dragging the new profile to the top, it resets everything to some level below quiet, as the fans will not spin past their lowest rpm rating. I don't have any other monitoring programs on this computer yet, so if someone can help debug the issue, I would be happy to assist. Thank you.

I'm a bit confused as to what you are trying to achieve here...

Fan curve entries are not profiles - moving a fan curve entry (within the Performance page) doesn't set it as active nor does it make it the applied default curve when ICUE is loaded. I think your methodlogy for setting fan curves is flawed. To set a fan curve under ICUE, perform the following:

  1. Open the Performance page under the device (H150i or CoPro),
  2. Click the fan curve entry you wish to use, and finally
  3. Click the fan(s) you wish to apply the curve against (it/they will now be highlighted in yellow).

I have multiple custom curve entries under my CoPro to control 120mm, 140mm fans and a water pump (fixed at 40%) with the coolant temperature as the source for my custom open loop. If ICUE behaved as you describe, all I would get would be the first curve entry on all 6 fan ports when the program loads (and that's not the case).

Maybe my terminology was a bit confusing. What I'm trying to achieve is to set the fan speed on any fan connected to the cpro to save on reboot. The method to achieve this, is to move the profile with the fan curves or performance settings to the top of iCUE, which does not work for me. Take a look at the images I've posted, the only way I can get the speed to change on a fan, upon restart is to open iCUE - create a new profile - set the setting for each fan and it works. Now if I go back 5 minutes later and try to change a setting on that profile it does not work, if I restart my computer, everything resets to quiet mode regardless of the profile setting at the top of iCUE. So please enlighten me, as how to fix this, or am I not supposed to be able to change the performance setting on a fan more than once? I understand how easy this should be, but for whatever reason, this software does not work for me.

I beginning to think that that is not a software issue but a hardware one. One final thing to try would be to restart the Corsair Service but I doubt that it'll have any affect.

Certainly, it's not something that we've seen ... and, personally, I have 3 CoPros in 3 different systems.

You absolutely should be able to change the settings and the changes should apply almost immediately.

I'd like to chime in that I'm actually having very similar, if not same issue.

I got this setup running yesterday and for the life of it I could not figure out how to make fans react to anything. Until I just saw tristanb's post about creating a new profile. It worked. Except I haven't tried to reboot yet.

Commander Pro and 6x SP120 fans (about 1 year old, from previous build)

H150i Pro brand new

Fresh windows install, all drivers and software fresh downloads since yesterday too.
