Harry_L Posted November 22, 2018 Share Posted November 22, 2018 Hi new to forum. I have a new set of HS70 Wireless Headset. Approx 3 weeks old. I quite like them and at this point one of the best sets I have had. However; After switching on they work great for some time (maybe 5 mins) but then seem to drop connection. This dropout only lasts for 10 - 20 seconds. If using for an extended period over say 2 hours this may happen on another occasion. So it's not like they constantly drop out but it is still annoying and not what I would like to put up with. Are there any suggestions on how I may improve things or is there possibly something amiss with them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted November 26, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 26, 2018 Please go to CONTROL PANEL / HARDWARE AND SOUND / POWER OPTIONS and then click on CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS (for your current default power plan). After that click on CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS. When new window opens, scroll down the list a bit until you hit USB SETTINGS. Click little square with plus in it, and then click another little square with plus next to USB SELECTIVE SUSPEND SETTING. Check the state of it, and make sure it's set to DISABLED.
