emay68
Hi, I looked in the Ram Guy compatibility menu for the Asus A8V-E Deluxe, but only saw the A8V listed. I was wondering if the following would work for a new system I'm putting together: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR400(PC3200) along with: Asus A8V-E Deluxe AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 512K 90nm (939) Maxtor Ultra Series Kit 120GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive I'll appreciate any replies, thank you.

emay68
Same board, they'll work fine. Hey, thanks. I appreciate the quick response. Can you also tell me what kind of difference I could expect if I just used two unmatched sticks of 512 MB DDR (400) PC-3200 Corsair (VS512MB400)? Thanks, Molly :):
emay68
Well, just to save everyone the trouble of posting on this one I'll update it. I went ahead and ordered a system with 1 GB (2 pcs 512) DDR (400) PC-3200 Corsair (TWINX1024-3200C2) instead. I'm broke, but excited. :D: Cheers, Molly
