Does VENGEANCE® LPX 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C18 can use with Asus Prime z390 - A?

 

I read in tech spec that Corsair Quad Channel Ram can use with Intel 200 Series,Intel 300 Series.

 

But quad channel can use with dual channel?

It should work fine. There is some debate on the ability and effectiveness of overclocking when using four sticks of RAM on a dual channel board, but I've personally never run into any showstopping issues. If you need 64GB of RAM, there's nothing wrong with using this kit. The board will just be running 2 sticks of RAM per channel.
