Erzputte
Hey, my Corsair One starts buzzing after it is on for a while. The buzzing sound is pretty loud and annoying. When I put my hand on the case hard enough it stops so I guess the case is not put together correctly which allows for some vibrating part to buzz. What can I do about this? Erzputte
The sound is coming from the backside of the case. If I press against the upper back side of the case the buzzing stops.
Corsair Employees Corsair StormShadow Posted November 7, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 7, 2018 I think there might be a loosen screw, you should remove the top cover and check the 4 corner pins to see if any of them are loosen. Erzputte
I opened the top and noticed that the case fan was never connected. The sound must have come from the loose connector cable. The real problem is that I see no way to connect the case fan. The connector coming out of the PC is so deep and on a very short cable that I cant connect the fan down there. It looks like I have to disassemble the whole PC to even get there. What can I do?
Erzputte
I actually managed to get ahold of the cable somehow and I managed to plug it in. The problem is solved.
