I tried contacting customer service but the solution they offered hasn't done anything to fix it. I've tried testing it on different PCs/Laptops and the issue still persists. I had the same issue and seemed to have fixed it by changing the USB port of the wireless receiver while everything was on. It increases the sensitivity of the microphone and scales up the playback of your voice (and everything it picks up) into your headset.
