Khmpech
Hi! I'm sorry, if this forum/topic is not the right place for my problem, and also I'm sorry for my grammar. I have a bad Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB kit, I sent it back to my retailer in Hungary. It was at the end of last November. The retailer said, that they send it back to distributor/manufacturer to testing and/or repairing kit, if its possible. And they asked for patience from me. In January I send a mail to retailer for any news about it. They said, its a longer process and they do not want to replace this kit in any case as long as the manufacturer is working on it. They asked for patience again. (But they offerred to repay purchase price, but I need the RAM, not the half of the current price.) So I was patient, and waited for repairing. But it was a long ago and there's no new news about it. And I can not use my kit for almost a year. I would like to ask with great respect, that this long way to testing and repairing is a standard thing at Corsair in general and there's no chance to speed it up a bit? Or am I just so unlucky? Thanks in advance, Khmpech
Corsair Employees Corsair Wootaru Posted October 29, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 29, 2018 Hello Khmpech, Do you happen to have the ticket number? Thanks, Wootaru
Khmpech
No. (From Corsair support? May I ask them for help?) I have only a serial number of the bad RAM-module and a local retailer's warranty id (rma code), but I think, it won't help. Thank you.

Corsair Employees Corsair Wootaru Posted October 30, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 30, 2018 Hello Khmpech, Upon reviewing the request on the ticket and talking to other representatives, we have no control over resellers and their processes. You would need to contact them to get things done. Sorry. Best, Wootaru
Khmpech
Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate your help. Today morning I've sent a mail to this webshop. They replied, that they already finished in june (4 months ago!) and they sent a mail to me (it didn't arrive), and I need to go to the shop to get the new kit or they can send it via delivery service. I chose the latter. Few hours later they mailed again, that the previous mail was an error, the distributor or somebody does _not_ replace the kit, because its not available. On this morning this kit was available in two different colour version. So I say thanks again for your help, but I'm angry and very disappointed. Never again this shop, and never again Corsair. I'm sorry. Please close the ticket. Thank you.
