Express RMA refund issue

So I did an express RMA for a defective RAM stick back in April, ticket #706490.

The terms of the express RMA say:

"There will be a charge placed on your account.

This charge will be refunded in full once we have received the defective product from you."

It's October now and I still haven't gotten that refund, can anyone clue me in on what's going on with that?


Everything else in the RMA process went really smoothly though, thanks.
