DevBiker
What are you trying to choose between? And of the PRO models would be good - it's a question more of what will fit your case.

DevBiker
Between the two, I would definitely go with the 100i PRO.
packersfan036
I installed the h60 and the temps im getting are around 33c idle and 50c to 60c under a heavy load. the ryzen 5 1600 is overclocked to 3.95 ghz and 1.375 volts. what do you think of those temps? and how much better do you think the h100i pro temps will be? DevBiker
Those sound fine to me. CPU/Package temps are largely dependent on the cold plate and the liquid temperature, not the radiator size. So the temps for the H100 probably won't be much different. The difference will be the amount of noise from the fans (you'll have less) and the temperature of the liquid (it'll be cooler). It'll also handle extended load better because it has a better capacity to exchange heat due to the larger radiator and additional liquid. Finally, the H100i can be monitored and controlled from iCue ... the H60 cannot. This gives you control over the fans speeds and visibility into the liquid temperature. packersfan036
so do you think the h100i pro is worth the 125 dollar price tag?
DevBiker
For me, yes. Given the choice between the two, absolutely. The larger radiator and greater heat capacity would make a real and noticeable difference when I'm doing a marathon transcoding session. Even without that, the lower fan noise would be more suited to what I want. I started, way back when, with an H80i. I quickly went up to an H100i. When I got a new case, I went up to the H115. Each step gives less noise and better performance under load.
