Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted October 15, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 15, 2018 Do you hear any noises when you connect to a different PC/Laptop? Also, were the previous units exchanged through the retailer or direct with Corsair?

Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted October 16, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 16, 2018 Hi ermdk153, if it works on other computers but not on your main, there could be something interfering with the audio output. Instead of a reinstall, try a repair. Also, do you have other audio managers installed (like Realtek or dolby) ?
ermdk153
(Instead of a reinstall, try a repair) -> I already exchanged twice for new units Other audio programs don't affect this problem. I already deleted and reinstalled all programs(realtek/iCUE/etc), and doesn't help. I can hear this noises in the Bios loading I found many threads on this problem. I don't think it will be solved in this way Edited October 17, 2018 by ermdk153
