daxenfresser Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 Hey everyone, I used the K63 wireless successfully for 2 months. All went well, no complaints. Since 1 week the 2.4 Ghz and the Bluetooth mode stopped working. All I did was installing a new iCUE version updated the keyboard's firmware (while USB was connected for charging), some hours later the wireless feature stopped working, but I don't know if that's related.. (In my logic it seems that because USB was connected while updating the device thought it should be the wired version?). I also disconnected/reconnected everything. Uninstalled ICUE/Reinstalled ICUE. And I did a ESC-two-seconds-reset. Nothing helped, keyboard only works in wired mode. Would be glad for help! Thanks and regards, Wolfgang Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
