Josebus
First Sorry if my english is not good I just purchased the Corsair Strafe RGB MK2 keyboard, I am new in this forum. I wanted to ask a question about a problem that I have, please. I use the "ASUS PROBE 2" program to monitor the voltages and speed of the fans. Every day I get abnormal warnings of voltages, temperatures or fan speeds. I thought the keyboard was broken, so I changed it. But The new keyboard happens the same. I do not have this problem if I use another keyboard. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone give me any idea why this happens? I hope you can help me, please A Kind Regards, Jose
c-attack
iCUE and the Asus program are trying to access the same data at the same time. Both programs are known to be incompatible with other monitoring tools. If your MK.2 is the only Corsair device you own connected to iCUE, you might want to use the prior software CUE 2.24.50 instead. For the keyboard, virtually nothing has changed except CUE2 was only for peripherals like keyboards and mice. No sensor data. It still can be found on the Downloads page from the main Corsair site. Josebus
Ok thanks a lot for the help. Yes, I only have one keyboard. I do not have more Corsair peripherals. I had to download CUE from an external web Page. I did not find the program on the official website. I hope that with your advice, the problem is solved. Thank you so much :praise:
c-attack
You're right, they pulled it from the page. I guess they feel the transition to iCUE is complete. It would be better for them to leave it up as an option for those who have problems with iCUE stability or persistent conflicts from other brand applications attempting to do the same thing Corsair has implemented. This is also why it's always a good idea to keep your installers around from older versions --- just in case.
