KP_431
I just built a new system and I think one stick of RAM is bad. I have the cmx512-3200xlpt 1 GB TwinX Matched Memory Pair. When I try both sticks dual channel I get all kinds of errors. I used Memtest and it reported over 1000 errors. When I tried the sticks one at a time, only one failed and the other passed. I have the newest version of my BIOS and it was all reset. Everything is working fine with only the one stick. Thanks! KP

KP_431
Please set your dim voltage to 2.8 Volts and test the suspect module with http://www.memtest.org to be sure. I have a Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard. Under DDR Reference Voltage I have 2.55, 2.65, 2.75, and 2.85 Volts. Which of these is best? Or, is there another way to change it to 2.8? Thanks! KP_431
Hi, I tried the suggestion and memtest still passed one stick and failed the other. I also found somebody else with almost the same setup and exactly the same motherboard and I got the same results, with the same stick failing as before. Thanks KP
