Ahlwong Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 My mouse that I purchased a few months ago has started to act up where iCUE would show it is malfunctioning. iCUE is currently running on the latest version and I tested this mouse on my computer and laptop, with both showing the same results. I've tested all the ports on my computer and the USB 2.0 ones can cause the mouse to not have enough power to start up. With the randomly disconnecting issue, it randomly disconnects and stops being able to move the cursor. Was wondering if there's a fix for this right now?
