mmfish
Has anyone successfully used H60 AIO 2018 with Silicon lottery 8086 delidded?
c-attack
It should work. If you delid that will take away the largest limitation on that chip - the IHS and and TIM. My 8700K is from them and peaks out at 60C in Summer on a 280mm cooler (@1.30v). Now the H60 is much smaller, but even if it carries +10C more in coolant temp (a heavy estimate), that would mean you could run it at 5.0 and stay under 70. Pretty good for a small cooler. You might get into worse conditions if you run continuous max loads like renders or other professional software. You also could go for a bigger cooler if you can manage a silicon lottery model.
