Khell8
i have 4 CMX512-4000PRO ram boards. they have worked perfectly for almost a year. while playing a game, my screen went blank, and then i couldn't get any sort of video signal at all when i restarted my computer. this being completely out of my depth, i took my computer to a repair shop, and they came to the conclusion that one of my boards was bad. they pulled it out, and now my video is fine, but i am down 500 megs of ram. so, what do i need to do to get an RMA or determine that this board is indeed bad? thanks

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 24, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 24, 2005 Please see if you have the option to set the Dim Voltage and set it to 2.775 Volts and then set the timings manually to Cass 3-3-3-8 and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org.
