strafe rgb My 2nd Strafe RGB Glitching

Hello, I am the owner of a Corsair Strafe RGB Keyboard. I have been having an issue as of late. My keyboard randomly started to become unresponsive when it comes to the second to last row of keys such as shift zxcvbnm,./ and etc. When those keys do become responsive at their own will, they start to spam the same few combinations of keys randomly. This is my second Strafe that has glitched out on me so I have no idea what is going on. I've tried firmware updates, changing the firmware, resets, and etc. I am currently using a god awful keyboard to type this right now, I will try to replicate the glitchyness by plugging in the broken keyboard.
