Need help, manual is no good at all

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a K70 RGB Rapidfire CH-9101014-UK. I have a couple of questions. I have a problem when typing, the character will be repeated no matter how low the repeat I have set up in windows. Oh, I have window 7 pro ultimate 64 bit. Corsair Tech advised me to try different BIOS. There are 4. Try each one he said. Well, what I have found is that the switch has 5 settings: 1,2,4,8 & blank. It was shipped at 1. I tried 2, 4 & 8. None of them cures the problem. With 8, the repeat happened much less. The other problem with the keyboard is that if the PC froze due to game froze up, when the computer finished rebooting, it will ask if I want to go into various modes, like safe mode, or continue to boot up normally. In this screen, and with BIOS 1, 2, 4 & 8, the keyboard mapping has gone. The arrow keys did not work. By chance, I found that the number 8 key on the numpad on the right will work as same as pressing the Enter key. This was the original problem that prompted me to contact Corsair Tech Support. They asked me to try different BIOS settings. Well, what I have found is that if I set it to Blank, whatever that means, the key repeating problem has gone and if keyboard functions as normal after the reboot . However, I notice that the Scroll Lock LED is now flashing. What does that mean? Is it because there is no BIOS selected? But then the problem of key repeating will be back if I select one of the BIOS setting. Any idea? Anyone? Thanks in advance.

Ok, as there is no one has a similar problem, I did the basic step. I uninstalled iCUE and NVidia driver, NVidia Experience. By mistake, I didn't reinstall iCUE first but NVidia driver and then NVidia Experience. I haven't experienced the repeat problem while I am typing here. But the other problem still remains, i.e. the Function keys do not work at all so I cannot go into Safe mode by pressing F8 key. In fact, I cannot even go into the BIOS of the computer because pressing the Delete key does nothing. The only way to go into Safe mode is to power off the computer while it is still running. Then when switching the computer back on, it will automatically ask you whether you want to go into Safe Mode or not. By the way, the arrow keys do not work. To go up and down, I have to press the number 2 key on the right-hand side. Number 8 key functions as the Enter key. Currently, I am on BIOS setting "4". As before, the only way the keyboard will work is the set the keyboard BIOS to none.
