Dark Core RGB disassembly

Hi,

 

Has anyone disassembled the Dark Core RGB mouse? I am looking for a guide or instructions on how to do it so I can install some magnets at the bottom of the mouse to complement a mod I am performing on the lapboard.

This can be tricky so take your time.

 

There are four screws holding the mouse togehter.

 

First on the top of the mouse locate the two taps that control the left and right mouse buttons.

 

Gently, from the front of the mouse, one at a time push each tap(or paddle) back until you can feel it lift up. Tab will stay connected at the center of the mouse. Under these two tabs you will find the first two screws. These are a tiny Philips head.

 

Be careful not to lose these tiny screws.

 

On the bottom of the mouse, at the rear, peal back the rubber like. You will find the last two screws here, they are tiny, with a star head taker.
