RMA shipping issue

I had to return my M65 mouse as there was a problem with it, it was received by corsair on the 12/09/18 and i was told that the replacement had been shipped by Scan in the uk on the 18/09/18


Its now 10 days later, the tracking shows DPD have not received the parcel yet and im not getting any info from corsair on my support ticket!


anyone else had a problem with any RMA's? im getting a bit frustrated with it!:eek:
