Winterone
I bought twinx1024-3200c2 pair from Accupc on 4/28/04. I have been having random crashes, (restarts) I used MS ram tester and tested each stick one at a time. One stick showed errors LRAND Failed and ERAND Failed this test. I tested the other stick and had no errors. I used the same slot for both tests. I left out the suspected bad stick and have had no issues, (restarts, games crashing) What is my next step. Running a P4 3.0, MSI Neo 875p, 420W Antec power supply.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 23, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 23, 2005 Please try and set the Dim Voltage to 2.75 Volts and then test the suspect module with http://www.memtest.org. If you still get errors, then please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
