Eggaroo
I recently built a new PC, and I downloaded the ICUE. When I download it, it says, how do you want to open this, with internet explorer, paint, and wordpad. The software wont open. HELP
c-attack
Possible your download was interrupted and did not finish. iCUE should be a .msi file extension and it open with the Windows Installer Package. It should have an tiny computer and disc icon. The download can be found here. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads
Eggaroo
Thanks. Do I just download this file, or do I download both the ICUE file and this?
Eggaroo
Oh, and which download? That site brings me to the downloads of multiple items.
c-attack
iCUE is at the top of the list. What product is this for?
Eggaroo
Sorry, I'm blind, thanks. Do I just download this, or download both?
c-attack
You should only need iCUE, but if you tell me what Corsair product(s) you are using, I can be more specific.
Eggaroo
I am using a Corsair Harpoon mouse and a Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard.
c-attack
Just iCUE. Corsair Link was the prior program for internal devices like coolers, fans, PSUs, and fan controllers. CUE (2.xx) was the program for peripherals, like mice and keyboards. iCUE is both of those combined.
