Hello,

Fist of all I am sorry if a thread like this already exists, but i had an issue wih ICue and my Asus Aura MB and couldn't find any solution online.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My Pc kept blackscreening and could only be reset via separating it from the Power. (not by pressing the power on/off button on the case)

The cause to that was, that the ICue and Asus Aura Software were both trying to control the RGB Light on my Ram (Corsair Vengeance RGB) and that somehow caused the blackscreens.

The solution to that is, to disable aura from controlling the Vengeance RGB Memory via the Asus Aura APP.

You can do that with the little chain Icon in the aura app (see Picture)

attachment.php?attachmentid=34222&d=1537527112

Once you finished these steps, you should be good to go and there shouldn't be any crashes any longer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just a little shoutout to the customer support at corsair, one of the nicest people i have contacted for support .
