RMA Case 280X Help

Hello Aviad,


We have replied through the ticket, and in your situation that is the only way we can offer you a replacement. We have to set up an Advance RMA and that requires a credit card. Otherwise we have to go through the standard RMA which you clearly said on your ticket you cannot do since you have your computer setup in there with no other case to put it in.
