iasadmin
Hello RAM GUY One of my TWINX1024-3200LLPT modules is giving me trouble. Memtest-86 v3.2 always shows the same error at exactly the same spot: Tst: 6 Failing Address: 00011714be8 - 279.2MB Good: ffffdfff Bad: ffffdbff Err-Bits: 000004 Count: 9 Chan: 1 Standard DDR400 frequency. Tested one stick each time. Tried raising voltage from 2.6V - 2.8V. Tried timing from 2-3-2-6, 2.5-3-2-6, 3-3-3-8 with exactly the same error. The other stick works perfectly. Do you think I need any more tests before obtaining an RMA? Thanks in advance.
