How to assign keys on scimitar pro for video editing on Adobe Premiere

Could some please walk me through how to assign keyboard shortcuts such as "c" for the razor tool on one of the side keys?

 

I've tried remapping, macros, letters, and nothing works. It works fine on web browsers, but nothing for premiere which is the main reason why I bought this mouse. Beyond frustrated.
