Ryo
Hello, I'm using a Logitech keyboard that features a volume control. Before I installed CUE, I had no issues controlling the master volume with my keyboard, no matter which device was selected as default. Since installing CUE, I can only control the volume of the Void Pro, independent of which device is selected as default device. It's not possible anymore to control the master volume using my keyboard. How can I fix this? I'm using Windows 10, just installed CUE today, so latest version. Also, my Void Pro has the latest firmware version installed. Thanks Ryo
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted September 18, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 18, 2018 Hi Ryo, The keyboard should be controlling the Windows volume, whichever device you have set as the default device for sound output. Ryo
Hello Mint, yes, exactly. But as I wrote, this is not what is happening. Anyway, somehow the problem has gone away. I can now control the volume of the selected default device. Don't know why it didn't work before. Ryo
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted October 25, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 25, 2018 Interesting! Did you disconnect/reconnect anything in that time?
Ryo
Nothing new at least. It might be that I disconnected the USB adapter, as I was trying out if the same issue happens on my Windows 7 laptop (which wasn't the case). But I can't say exactly when it was suddenly working.
