Can you please escalate my RMA from standard to express?

Hi, yes I'm really troubled how long it takes for ticket response, the worst thing is I can't talk to anybody because your live support is closed atm. You have terrible working hours for customers in EU.


my ticket has been approved for standard RMA, it says it can be escalated to express, I want to do that please as soon as possible, I don't care if I have to pay at this point I just want to move on with my life because atm I got a pc build sitting still because of defective psu.
