Ashwind Posted September 13, 2018 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Hello I have a defective ram stick so made a RMA request ticket 4 or 5 days ago and have not heard anything back, it said they would get back within 2 days when I made the ticket. Ashwind Posted September 16, 2018 Author Share Posted September 16, 2018 Thank you for your response on my ticket it has been approved for a standard RMA, would it be possible to make this an advanced RMA ?
