gerard-79
Anyone else having issues with the mouse "hitching" when playing a game and windows not being able to install the driver for it? Been trying to update the firmware, anytime i do i get a "usb device not functioning" type message. Tried numerous usb ports and the same thing occurs every time. :[pouts: This also shows in device manager.
bwheeler123
The only way I've found a way to stop the hitching is to use the charge cable and make the mouse wired. But if you wish to stay on wireless; try to go to iCue, click on the Dark Core, click the performance tab, make sure lift height is low and make sure angle snapping is off. If there is still a hitching movement- it's the signal losing for half a second and reconnecting. Nothing further that I know that can be done. As for updating the firmware, there's a sticky in the mouse/keyboard forums. Labeled How-To: Upgrading Dark Core RGB Firmware. I believe the current firmware is 3.08.
