Flash-Sentry
Hello, I am having issues with my mm800 mouse pad. It just randomly started not being recognized but still lights up sometimes in default mode. Cue showed it in the program with a red exclamation for a few seconds but not anymore. I have all my drivers updated and I have uninstalled iCue and reinstalled it along with making sure it was all updated as well as trying different usb ports but no luck.... I am pulling my hair out over here :(
Corsair Employees Corsair Hotpot Posted September 5, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 5, 2018 Hi, Just making sure but do you have the MM800 plugged into a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port?

StrangeGeek
I've had this issue before, unplugging and replugging in a different port resolved it in my experience.

Yeah, I have tried all my ports, sadly all of the are 3.0. Not sure if it has to be in a 2.0 port though. Its just weird that I have had no issues with it for almost a year now. StrangeGeek
Try a hardware reset. The button is on the underside of the mouse pad near the USB passthrough. You'll need a needle or similar to press it.
Flash-Sentry
Try a hardware reset. The button is on the underside of the mouse pad near the USB passthrough. You'll need a needle or similar to press it. Im not sure if that did the trick but I did this and retried one of my usb 3.0 ports and it seems to have fixed it. Thanks :)
