the lighting node is plugged into the command center pro

my command center pro has a solid red light on it and I don't know what it means

my fans are not spinning because of the red light and my rgbs are not working either nor are my rgb strips

The red light most likely means that it's stuck in bootloader mode.

Do you see a CRP DISABLED drive on your machine?

If so, eject the drive. Then unplug the USB and replug it.

Also ... it doesn't hurt to double-check the USB connection. It's easy to have it off-by-one pin.

unfortunately I do not know what a CRP drive is or where inside my machine it would be

It would appear in file explorer. Just like in the video that I linked to.

If that's not there then it's likely that something is completely kerfluffled with the Commander Pro. In that case, return to the vendor (if you are in the window) or create a support ticket.
