deano7
I bought a computer and it has worked well. The case was rusty, so I bought a new case and transferred the system including an h100i water cooler. I noticed that the computer never had the USB interface cable attached to the H100i, it never has had one and it has worked fine. Does this interface cable provide power to the water cooler and is it critical that I buy one prior to powering this up? Thanks in advance! DevBiker
It does not provide power; it provides the interface for Link/iCue to monitor and control the cooler. It's not critical. You can also use a standard miniUSB and plug it into the rear IO.
