skylerjogo
I am having a problem with my keyboard K70 RGB MK-2 not being detected after restarting. Every time I restart I have to run the iCue installer and REPAIR the install. After running the repair the keyboard shows up right away and works without problems. Thoughts on what could be causing the problem? Please advise. Thanks!
Corsair Employees Corsair Rick Posted August 29, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 29, 2018 Hello skylerjogo, Have you tried unplugging and replugging the keyboard instead of reinstalling the software? If so, it's likely just related to USB/USB features. - separate USB port on a different stack - set USB to partial initialization - enable legacy USB support - disable XHCI handoff (if available) - update motherboard BIOS - update your USB drivers if available and disable USB selective suspend through the Power Options within the Control Panel.
