Bodycountx Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 So the iCUE software is telling me that my H150i Pro RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler has a firmware update so i just did it now its diapered from My iCUE and is sitting one color did it brick it ? DevBiker Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 Posting multiple times is not necessary. Yes, we've seen this issue reported and I don't know the root cause. I would, at this time, suggest that you touch base with Corsair support. At least one other user has had their H150i PRO "reappear" after a cold boot. c-attack Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 It is normal for the H150i (or any other cooler) to momentarily disappear during the firmware update when the device resets. If it doesn't reappear, the above cold boot or certainly quit the iCUE app and kill both Corsair services in the Task Manager, then re-launch iCUE - just like any other detection problem.
