markofmayhem
I purchased both sticks from Newegg at the same time. I started noticing crashes and freezes. I used x86-memtest on each stick with only one installed at a time. One stick had a 98% fail rate on all 7 tests, while the other stick had a 0% fail rate on all 7 tests. I contacted Newegg who informed me they would not process an RMA since the purchase occured more than 90 days ago. I have taken this bad stick and placed it within 3 working computers, it has failed in all three. I would like to begin an RMA process, but have a question. What would be the best way to obtain a satisfactory proof of purchase? I'm sure you have dealed numerous times with Newegg. Thank you.
