shEp187
Hi All, I just upgraded my dated AIO cooler and it does not show in iCue? Any suggestions! My old AIO (in my Specs) was showing in iCue. I have tried re-installing iCue with no success! Please help
DevBiker
You have the USB connected, correct? From there, do you see anything in Device Manager? How about USBDeView (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html)? Corsair's Vendor ID is 1b1c and the PID for the H115i Pro is 0c13. shEp187
Hi Dev, USB is plugged into the ComPro! I installed USBDeview and can see the Vendor ID and PID but it is 0c11?
DevBiker
0c11 is the bootloader for updating the Commander Pro's firmware. So a couple of things to check ... The Commander Pro's USB Hub has a VID of 05E3 and a PID of 0610. Check for that. Also, you can use a standard USB cable and plug the cooler into a rear IO USB port. It's not ideal but it'll help us troubleshoot.

DevBiker
Interesting ... the Commander Pro's USB hub isn't showing up at all. And you have the CoPro plugged directly in to the motherboard? In the BIOS, do you have Fast Boot Disabled and XHCI Handoff Enabled? Also, do you have Windows Fast Start enabled?
