iCUE blocking side buttons on mouse

I have a Sabre mouse and when I have iCUE open I lose the forward and back buttons on my mouse. Closing iCUE fixes the problem. The buttons are still being recognized with the program open since my light effects are reacting. This happens no matter what profile I use, it's not a macro changing the button as there are no macros on any of my profiles for the mouse. I am on the latest iCUE as well, I never used to have this problem until a week or two ago.

Hi,

Could you try repairing Corsair Utility Engine?

Go to "Apps & Features"

Find Corsair Utility Engine on the list and select "Modify"

Proceed with the option to repair the application

Also, please make sure you are running iCUE as Admin as well.

I've had this happen with earlier versions of iCue but not with the latest. It's random too ... so incredibly frustrating. Especially since I use the Forward button for melee in Overwatch.

My workaround was to add a "Remap Mouse Button" action for the Forward Button and the Back Button ... and then map it to the actual mouse buttons.
