DARK CORE RGB SE lights get reset after sleep?

Ive tried setting the lights to black in both a single default profile, and with the override. And every time the mouse wakes from sleep it comes back with the lights pulsating..

 

What gives?

Are you using iCUE or CUE 2.24.50? iCUE has difficulty restarting the underlying Corsair Service on resume from sleep. Often you need to close/kill the iCUE app in the Task Manger and the corresponding Corsair Service (32 bit) as well. Then restart.

 

You might also be able to bypass this by saving a black/lights out profile to the Dark Core's HW profile. Then it won't matter if the software is running or not. Less attractive option if you have other iCUE controlled devices.
