Enfluence
So I've just purchased the above and noticed immediately out of the box that it had black stuff on both sides of the enter key, not sure what it is. on top of that, the enter key does not feel at all like any of the others (mx speed switches) I've included a video to try and convey what I mean. Should I try and return this back and get a replacement or can I fix this myself? only had it 5 days or so. Corsair Employees Corsair Hotpot Posted August 20, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 20, 2018 Hi, The black stains are residuals from where the keycaps are stored, You should be able to wipe it off. In regards to the enter button feeling different, it generally is because it is a larger cap that has additional stabilizers and makes it feels a little different. Enfluence
The switch key wasn't properly seated, pushed down on it hard and now it feels right. definitely wasn't the stabilizers making it feel sticky.
