Metzy Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 The headset is currently justa piece of plastic, no lights work, no response to buttons, nothing. I tried pairing and no lights even come up on the headset. The headset is no longer detected by my PC. I also tried soft resetting by holding the mute button down which did nothing. My firmware was at the most updated version and my CUE is at the newest version. I have confirmed the micro USB cable can charge other devices. This all happened after I turned my headset off while it was plugged in. SO is my headset just done for? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
