Jubay
Hi guys ! My name is Jubay and i just join team Corsair . And i have to say sorry if i post this topic on this thread thought this is closest one . So i just buy every PC part from Corsair and ASUS and start to build my new PC aka its not my first time i am PC lover . And my problem start when i install Command Pro inside my crystal 570x . So i remove my HDD drive place and replace it with Commander Pro and remove SP lighting controller as well and plug my 3 pin header for my SP 120 RGB fans in to a commander pro in order as well from down side fand to the back side fan witch is 6 in totall so all the fans port are cover and from channel one LED in to the 6 way LED header and i install them in order as well and also my H100i v2 USB to commander pro USB i connected Commander Pro USB 2.0 header to my motherboard 2.0 as well so EVERY think should be work perfect right also i use 4 way SATA cable to connected my samsung 860 EVO and two of the white LED from case to it and Commander pro as well . When i boot up system for the first time all fans spin but didn't light up i thought maybe i do some think wrong . So i start to HOTPLUG fans LED and RPM (( playing a round )) didn't light up my fans LED while i was doing this my (( number 6 )) fans RPM stop woring and spin . And it makes me scered a bit and a gain i play a round to fix that then (( number 5 - 4 )) stop working . I was so confused so i give up on that and install windows 10 and get ICUE and start learning that maybe in there i could make them spin a gain in order to do that i creat a Channel one and put it on 6 SP 120 RGB fan and then LED start to shine up so one of my problem solved . but still fans won't spin . At the end only (( number 3 )) fan Spin and power fans other won't . So what i have done after this problem show up and didn't work : 1- Update frimware 2- Update ICUE 3- Re-install ICUE 4- Using Ohmmeter to see if the Commander Pro fans port have power and all have a round 2 - 12 volt 5- Holding a small button on Commander pro while USB 2.0 and SATA was unplugged then plug the fan and USB 2.0 and releasing the button and plug SATA a gain 6- Using a second SATA cable to ONLY power Commander Pro Note : (( PSU RM750x )) I am out of idea and don't know what to do scraching my head every day . And i am asking my self few question : 1- Did i broke Commander Pro ? 2- Can i fix it ? 3- Do i have to buy a new one ? 4- I have to wait for ICUE update ? Need help. Thankyou. DevBiker
Do you have iCue installed? What do you see in iCue for the Commander Pro? Have you set up the lighting channels in iCue for the SP fans? (These are all SP-RGB fans, correct?)

DevBiker
Can you go to the Settings for the Commander Pro and set all of the fans to 3-pin? You should be able to do that without having the fans connected. BTW - hot plugging is discouraged. I've done it without issue but there have been some with problems related to that. And still my (( number 6 fan )) witch is plug in on Commander Pro port 6 fan won't spin Note: (( Images are linked )) If HOTPLUG is discouraged dose that mean i broke ore damage my Commander Pro ? If so can i fix it by my self ore do i have to buy a new one ?
DevBiker
You can also try to force update the firmware. You can do that in the settings as well. Since you just got it, I'd suggest going the RMA route first. Or an exchange with the vendor.

DevBiker
I'd exchange it first. Why buy a new one if you can exchange it?
