Kedr
Hello! I purchased two memory modules Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 in 2013 and recently noticed that the total memory in the BIOS is defined as 8175 MB (as if two 4GB slats were installed) This surprised me. In programs AIDA64, CPU-Z, memory also defines as 4GB per module (and not 8GB as it really should be). I do not know what to do about it. Perhaps it was once defined as 16, but I do not remember it. But I know for sure that the last couple of years, the figure is the same - 8175 MB How to solve this problem? If you insert one module, it is defined as 4 GB. I tried to insert modules into another motherboard - the same effect. My Motherboard Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 rev 1.4 (AMD - AMD FX 6100) If anyone knows how to fix the problem - tell me
