iiZye
I have set up all the Corsair fans and plugged in all the cables into the appropriate slots in the numbered order yet the fans or the commander pro are not showing up in iCue. Also, the fans are failing the light up upon startup which is frustrating as when I reset the fans they light up in RGB but turn off when I open iCue. MikeyR
Try to update iCUE to the newest version and also do a firmware upgrade on Commander Pro if you can see it in iCUE. If you can't detect the CoPro in iCUE you should try another usb2.0 header if you have one left.
MikeyR
Did you connect molex to sata to the CoPro because that might also cause the issue, the CoPro expect 3.3v from the sata rail to run the microcontroller, and if you use a molex to sata adapter you will supply it with either 5v or 12v instead of the required 3.3v which could be a reason for it not showing up. iiZye
I swapped the USB 2.0 headers and still no response. I also have it connected to the SATA adapters and not the molex and still it is yet to show up on the software or even light up.

I think you need to do an RMA on the device, it seems to be faulty.
