SuperFastYo
as the title says, my brand new (2days old) HS70 wont charge past 89%. I plugged it in around 8pm yesterday and checked on it around 7pm today and it still is capped at 89%. Immediately after turning it on it will drop to 88% as well. Anybody have any suggestions for this?
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted August 8, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 8, 2018 Hi SuperFastYo, Can you try cycling the battery? Let it drain all the way down, then allow it to fully charge again?
SuperFastYo
Hi SuperFastYo, Can you try cycling the battery? Let it drain all the way down, then allow it to fully charge again? That's exactly what I was planning on doing this weekend when I will be home (especially with Monster hunter coming out tomorrow). I'll report back on if it works. Thanks Mint. Xauro
Bumping this. Got Same problem. Tryed drain battery to 0%(let it die) and then charge it over the night but it wont charge to 100%. Tryed re-flash it few times aswell. Feels bad man.

Running out of ideas at this point. Really disappointed, it seemed like such a killer product at a great price point:[pouts:
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted August 14, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 14, 2018 Hmm, interesting. This might sound funny, but can try connecting the headset to another system and seeing what the battery shows there?
